My stay at Black Creek Sanctuary had its highs and lows. The peaceful setting amidst nature was lovely, and the spacious townhouse we ended up in exceeded my expectations. However, the lack of communication about our reservation and multiple maintenance issues really dampened the experience. The confusing layout and absence of certain amenities made planning activities a bit challenging.
